Practical draft. This policy accurately describes how the website works, but it has not yet been formally reviewed or adopted by DLC Utility Group. Final review is on the launch checklist and this notice will be removed once that's done.

Browsing
You can browse this site without creating an account, and the site itself does not set advertising or tracking cookies.
Business inquiries
If you submit the Request Information form, we receive the details you provide — typically your name, company, contact information, and a description of your project or question.
Employment applications
If you apply for employment, we receive the information you provide in the application — your name, contact details, availability, experience, and your résumé and any cover letter you upload. We do not ask for Social Security numbers, dates of birth, banking details, or medical information through this website, and you should not include them in your submission.
How we use it

Forms are processed by Tally
Our forms run on Tally, a form service. When you submit a form, your responses (including any uploaded files) are transmitted to and stored by Tally on our behalf, and delivered to us. Tally's handling of that data is described in its own privacy policy.
Analytics
This site is built to run without invasive tracking. If analytics are enabled, we use a privacy-focused, cookie-free service (Cloudflare Web Analytics) that reports aggregate page statistics and does not identify individual visitors.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry submissions are kept as long as needed to respond and conduct normal business. Employment applications are kept so we can consider applicants for current and future opportunities. If you would like a submission corrected or deleted, email us at info@dlcutilitygroup.com and we will handle the request.
Your choices
- Both forms are optional — submit them only if you choose.
- You may request a copy, correction, or deletion of information you've submitted.
- You can browse the site without submitting any information at all.
Children
This website is intended for a general business audience and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
